Merry Christmas!!!

Hello Family and Friends,

Wow! It's been a great year in the Anderson household!! We can't believe how quickly time goes by! We had lots of things to celebrate this year! We continue to feel so grateful for how God provides, for being able to be parents to our three kiddos, and to be part of what He is doing where we're at!

A little snippet about each of us...

Tim: continues to work at Life Technologies, coach of Elliot's t-ball team (the Twins, of course!), Cole's soccer coach...to the championships!, guys' group leader, ice hockey player, amazing dad, incredible husband who loves unconditionally!!

Hol: loving being a mom, shuttle, snack provider, substitute at kids' school, tutor on the side, training for her first half marathon in January, content.

Delaney: (10) big man on campus (5th grade!!), soccer star, safety patrol captain, flute player, horseback rider, creative hair specialist, nail painter, actress, efficient, uber responsible!

Cole: (8) 3rd grader, loves life and being with friends, all around athlete! (lover of baseball especially), snuggler, fact recaller, aka "Chef Desquash", black and white, dancing machine!

Elliot: (5) Pepper (pre-K program at the elementary school), headband wearer, lover of all things football, bedhead model, roller hockey player, hilarious!

Callie: (1) Christmas present last year, Goldendoodle dog, fluffy, loyal, loved by all (except when she occasionally still poops in the house...which ticks mom off!!)

We celebrated our 15 year anniversary this summer, with a 9 day trip to Palm Desert and Santa Barbara! LOTS of relaxing!

We got to celebrate the marriage of Uncle Todd and Lori earlier this month! We're so excited for them!

Unfortunately, we lost Tim's Nana this year, but look forward to the day we will see her again in Heaven! We know she's loving being with Papa again!!

We feel full and blessed by what God has entrusted to us! Thank you for being part of our lives, and for the role each of you play...we are grateful!

July already??

Ok, so much for updating once a month...I guess once every 7 months will do! :) Our computer crashed and iphoto went down for quite awhile, so it's taken a lot to get back up and going.

It was a wonderful Spring, and we're loving summer and the laid back days it provides! Nothing super eventful, which is nice!

The boys both played baseball this year. It was Cole's first run at AA, and Elliot's first year with t-ball, which I think was more about the uniform than anything. Tim coached both to some capacity, which was fun! Cole pitched opening day as well as throughout the season, and rocked it, so that was exciting! Cole: "Mom, I just feel at home on the baseball field!" Love it!! :) Cole's also playing in the summer basketball league. Elliot's doing a jr. sports camp and I think flag football is the most anticipated day!!

Delaney played volleyball this year and had a lot of fun! She's doing two theater arts camps this summer, which she's really looking forward to. She continues to be growing into a beautiful, young lady and we're so proud of who she is inside and out!

We had some fun visits from family in MN over this last year, which included some ventures to Legoland and Disneyland. We are sad to have lost Tim's Nana in March...although the thoughts of she and Papa together in Heaven are comforting. We hosted our Westmont Gang over Memorial Day, which we topped out at 28 PEOPLE...13 adults and 15 kids! We're outnumbered!! It was SO fun! Todd and Lori came down to visit, and we had some great time hanging out with them!

Fripple Games (Flood's Sports Camp) was an absolute BLAST! I got to help lead Cole's 3rd grade class, and it was an impactful week for all of us. Watching almost 400 kids dance around and worship Jesus is powerful!!

We're settling in with the dog and learning how to do this. I have to say, parenting a dog is not coming naturally to me at all! You should've seen the dog trainer's face when Tim casually confessed that we lock her in the bathroom when she's naughty....oops! She's extremely social and gets TONS of love around here. Minus the carsickness whenever we go past 10 miles, she's getting a little easier each day.

Life is good....as I watch Elliot pretend to use his wallet as an ipod touch!! :) Duct tape wallets are also all the rage as a craft around here. The beach has been the destination of choice this summer and the kids are all in the water boogie boarding now! We feel very blessed and the days are full. We're continuing to build relationships here and it's neat to see who God brings into our lives.

Hopefully it won't be seven months until the next report....
